Blast Chiller with a Graphical Display
Veritay Technology, Inc. has developed a complete control system for the operation of a blast chiller that quickly cools or freezes food prepared in a restaurant. The controller handles the operation of a refrigeration compressor, defrost heater, and the unit fan. Operating cycles are set up through menu options displayed on the graphic LCD. Additional features include:
