Frozen Food Display Case
Veritay Technology, Inc. has developed a complete control system for a food display used in a national coffee house chain. The controller handles the operation of a refrigeration compressor, defrost heater, and the unit fan. Operating cycles are configured through menu options displayed on the segmented LED. Feedback is also available from the four digit LED segmented display when other system parameters are set. Additional features include:
