Fast Food Restaurant Steam Table

Veritay Technology, Inc. has developed a complete control system for the operation of a food prep steam table. This particular unit also contains a steam cabinet for heating of taco shells. System control of bath water fill, level, and temperature for both table and cabinet are handled on identical contactor boards, with different preloaded software to compensate for dimensional differences. Contactor boards have inputs for temperature probes, float switch, and ultrasonic water level sensors. Output controls for immersion heaters, water solenoids, and circulation fan are contained on board, with associated current sensors to monitor fault conditions.
